Thank you for choosing to attend webinars on webinar.health.co.in, a service by Health Total (India) Pvt. Ltd.. Since our services are fully digital and event-based, this policy outlines the terms related to delivery (access to webinars) and refund eligibility.
1. Delivery Policy
- Upon successful registration and confirmation of payment via Razorpay, users will receive:
- A webinar access link, and
- Session details via email and/or WhatsApp (if number is provided).
- All webinar content is delivered digitally only. There is no physical shipping involved.
- Users are responsible for ensuring they provide a valid email ID and contact number during registration.
- In case you do not receive access credentials within 2 hours of registration, please reach out to us at support@health-total.com.
2. Refund Policy
As webinars are digital and delivered live at a scheduled time, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the registration is confirmed, except in the following situations:
Refunds will be issued only if:
- The webinar is canceled by Health Total.
- There are technical issues on our end that prevent the user from attending (e.g., failure in the webinar platform or link access issues).
Refunds will not be issued for:
- No-show or missed attendance by the registrant.
- Issues caused due to incorrect registration details provided by the user.
- Internet or device-related issues on the participant’s end.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
- Please contact our support team at support@health-total.com within 48 hours of the scheduled webinar to raise a valid refund request.
4. Rescheduling
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, we may reschedule the webinar and inform all registered participants via email or WhatsApp.
- If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, a credit may be issued for a future webinar, at our discretion.
